          Configure Ratings

          Configure visit ratings so field users can view and update account ratings directly from the visit record.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
          User Permissions Needed
          Modify the Visit record page in Lightning App Builder to add the Ratings component: Customize Application

          Make sure that ratings data is set up and the Ratings tab layout is configured on the account profile.

          1. From Setup, in Lightning App Builder, edit the Visit record page.
          2. Add a tab labeled Ratings.
          3. Drag the Ratings custom component into the new tab.
            Note
            Note The component automatically shows the ratings applicable to the primary account based on the user's territory and permissions.
