Configure Voice-Based Visit Logging (Pilot)
Configure voice logging so field reps can record visit information by using speech on the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app. The pilot release only supports English.

Before users can use voice-based visit logging, they need to:
- Turn on Apple Intelligence
- Download the Speech to Text Model within the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app

Note Voice-Based Visit Logging is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services
Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if
executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta
service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and turn on Einstein.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Agentforce Agents, and turn on Agentforce.
- Click New Agent, select the Life Sciences Field Sales agent template, follow the prompts, and save the agent.
- Activate the agent.
- For each profile that requires access to the agent, go to the profile and under Enabled Agent Access, grant access to the agent.
- Generate the metadata cache. See Generate Metadata Cache.
Field reps tap the Agentforce icon in the Life Sciences Cloud mobile app and use the agent selector to select Visit Agent to use voice-based visit logging.
Note Transcribed notes aren't retained and aren't mapped to any Open Text fields in a visit
record. The pilot release doesn't support compliance checks.
