          Add standard actions, Life Sciences-specific actions, and custom navigation actions to visit record pages.

          User Permissions Needed
          Define and add actions, work with page layouts Customize Application

          Available actions for the visit record page:

          • Standard Actions: Delete
          • Quick Actions: Inquiry, Email, Last Visit, Next Best Customer, View Online (mobile app only), Unlock (desktop site only)
          • GoTo Custom Actions (mobile app only)
          • Define Custom and Special Actions
            Configure custom actions to streamline visit management. Set up an unlock action for the web so specific profiles can unlock submitted visits. Create GoTo custom actions for the mobile app that jump directly to specific sections on the Visit Engagement page.
          • Add Actions With Page Layouts
            If Dynamic Actions aren't enabled, use page layouts to add actions to a page.
          • Add Actions With Dynamic Actions
            If enabled, use Dynamic Actions to add actions to a page.
