            Enable Visit Sharing

            Enable visit sharing so that field reps can view previous interactions other reps have had with accounts in their territories.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            Access the Admin Console to activate trigger handlers and manage visit share management jobs: Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then click Admin Console | Trigger Handler Administration.
            2. Activate the VisitChangedEventShareHandler trigger handler.
              This handler enables real-time sharing of visit and provider visit records based on account sharing records.
            3. From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then click Admin Console | Territories | Visit Share Management Jobs.
            4. Locate Share Visits After Territory Realignment and click Run Now or Schedule.
              This job shares an account's historical visits with users after territory changes.
