GoTo Actions

GoTo actions take users from the Visit record page or list view to a specific section of Visit Engagement to complete tasks without scrolling.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.

Use visibility filters on the Visit Lightning record page to control when GoTo actions appear. You can hide them from completed or submitted visits and from the desktop site.

  • Create a GoTo Action
    Create a GoTo action to navigate from the Visit record page or list view to a specific section of Visit Engagement.
  • Hide GoTo Actions
    Visibility filters for GoTo actions prevent them from appearing in the wrong context, such as on completed visits or the desktop site, keeping the action wheel relevant to active mobile visits.
