          Manage Visits from Service Console

          Enable teams to manage visit records in subtabs within the Service Console on the desktop site. Maintain context across accounts and cases so field reps can multitask efficiently.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Lightning Experience
          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
          User Permissions Needed
          To manage visit settings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set
          1. From Setup, click App Manager.
          2. Create or edit a Service Console app.
          3. In App Options, select Console Navigation.
          4. In Navigation Items, add Visits to the selected items list.

          Clicking a visit record opens it as a workspace tab instead of a modal window.
