            Schedule a job to make sure the territory information in the Next Visit and Last Visit fields of account profiles is always current.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.
            User Permissions Needed
            To manage visit settings: Life Sciences Commercial Admin permission set

            This job uses visit data to calculate Year to Date Visits, Next Visits, and Last Visits on Provider Account Territory Information records.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Life Sciences Commercial, and then select Admin Console.
            2. Select Visit Information | Visit Jobs.
            3. Locate the Update Provider Account Territory Information job.
            4. Click Schedule to run the job repeatedly or Run Now to run the job immediately.
