          Visit Snapshot

          Visit snapshots, or denormalization, preserve the exact state of account, license, and product data at the moment a visit is finalized for compliance and auditing.

          Available in: Enterprise and Unlimited Editions with Life Sciences Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement Add-on license, and the Life Sciences Customer Engagement managed package.

          The system automatically captures values from related lookup records and stores them as static text in AdditionalInformation fields on the Provider Visit object and its child objects. This process makes sure that visit records permanently retain specific values, such as license statuses or product batch numbers, even if the source records change later.

          Capture Milestones

          Data is captured automatically at two key milestones:

          • When a signature is captured or a document ID is entered.
          • When the visit report is submitted.

          Captured Data Points

          • Account & Location: Account name, professional title, specific address details, and the user name.
          • License Information: State, DEA, and State Distributor (SDL) license numbers, expiration dates, and statuses.
          • Product & Samples: Product names, brands, indications, batch numbers, and expiration dates for detailed products, samples, and marketing items.
