Make the Identity Verification Flow Available to Users

To enable your users to perform identity verification, make the flow available to them.

• Make the Verify Caller Identity Flow Available to Users
  To enable users to use the identity verification process, embed the flow in the utility bar of your Lightning app or add the flow to a Lightning record page.
• Make the Verify Customer Identity V2 Flow Available to Users
  To enable users to use the Verify Customer Identity V2 flow, create an Engagement Interaction Lightning record page and then add the flow to the Engagement Interaction Lightning record page.
• Make the Verify Customer Identity Base V2 Flow Available to Users
  To enable users to use the Verify Customer Identity Base V2 flow, create an Engagement Interaction, Messaging Session, or Voice Call Lightning record page, and then add the flow to that page. Or, add the flow to the utility bar of your Lightning app.
