            Manage Exported Audit Records Files

            You can download or delete exported audit record CSV files in Audit Trail Export Dashboard.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions

            The data shown in Audit Trail Export Dashboard includes:

            COLUMN DESCRIPTION
            File Name The name of the exported audit records CSV file.
            Exported By The user who submitted the export request. Click the name of the user to see details of the user.
            Export Start Timestamp The date and time when the export of audit records started.
            Export Complete Timestamp The date and time when the export of audit records completed.

            Note

            Sort the records by clicking the column names.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Audit Trail Export Dashboard, and then select Audit Trail Export Dashboard.
            2. To download the exported CSV file, click Download, or to remove the file if it’s no longer needed, click Delete.
              The files are automatically deleted and removed from Audit Trail Export Dashboard after 72 hours.
