          Create Attributes for Ad Products and Services

          Add the attributes that help uniquely identify the various variants of the same ad product. For example, a pre-roll video can have an attribute that distinguishes pre-roll videos that can be skipped. Another attribute for skyscrapers can indicate whether the skyscraper can be collapsed by viewers. Attributes also help decide the price of ad products in media plans.

          To create attributes: Product Catalog Management Designer permission set

          Before you create attributes for your company's ad products and services, ensure that you have created logical groupings for the attributes. Attribute categories that you create help media planners and sales reps easily find and edit attributes of ad placements in media plans.

          1. Create product attributes.
            For video or audio based ads, a commonly used attribute is to indicate whether the ad can be skipped by the customer.
          2. Add values for picklist type attributes.
            For video or audio based ads, the Language attribute can have the language options as the picklist values.
          3. Group attributes into logical categories.
            For banners, a Display Setting category can contain attributes such as collapsible and persistent.
