Keep these limits and considerations in mind while implementing Advertising Sales Management.
Limits
Publishing organizations of all sizes can use Advertising Sales Management to manage their complete ad sales business in Salesforce. When implementing Advertising Sales Management for a publisher and onboarding their employees on Advertising Sales Management, keep these key limits related to media plan and order configuration.

| Quotes and orders for advertisement campaigns can support up to 50,000 related records | A quote for a media plan consist of line items and an ad quote. The ad quote consists of lines that correspond to quote line items. Each quote line item is associated with a set of attributes. Each ad quote line is associated with a set ad placement configuration records such as ad space specification, ad creative size type, and ad quote line delivery frequency. For media plans that include ad placement bundles, a quote line and an ad quote line is created for each product that's part of an ad placement bundle and the bundle itself. All of these records related to a media plan can't exceed 50,000. The number of ad placements that can be added to media plans differ based on the configuration of media plans. |
An order for an advertisement campaign consists of products and ad order items. Like quote line items and ad quote line items, order products are associated with attributes and ad order items are associated with ad placement configuration records. In Advertising Sales Management, media plan quotes are converted to orders. So, the number of ad placements that a media plan quote can consist of automatically becomes a limit for the number of products that advertisement campaign orders can consist of. |

Considerations
- In orgs that have Advertising Sales Management on Salesforce Platform, you must not
install managed package solutions for:
- Communications, Media, and Energy (CME)
- Industries EPC
- Industries CPQ
- Order Management
- Advertising Sales Management
- Omnistudio
With Media Cloud - Advanced on Salesforce Platform, you get access to Revenue Cloud which supports functional areas such as product catalog, pricing and order management on Salesforce Platform. For Omnistudio, use the standard Omnistudio content and runtime.
- Bundled products can consist of up to 50 child products.
If a bundled product includes child bundles, the total number of child products in both the child bundles and the parent bundle combined must not exceed 50.
- Product configuration rules can only be created using Standard Configurator of Product Configurator.
- In orgs that have multiple active currencies, media plans, proposals, and orders automatically inherit the associated opportunity's currency.
- Media Cloud supports a limited set of user interface (UI) languages.
