Media Cloud brings out-of-home (OOH) inventory into the quote-to-order flow. Your media
planners search physical placements such as billboards, transit shelters, and street furniture
by location, and price them alongside digital media products.

Out-of-home (OOH) advertising covers physical placements in public spaces, such as
billboards, transit shelters, and street furniture. Planners select a location and find
available inventory within a specified distance, such as inventory near a stadium.
Map-Based Inventory Discovery
Planners find OOH inventory through an interactive map view instead of looking up inventory
codes in a spreadsheet. On the map, planners see available billboards, transit shelters, and
street furniture near an advertiser's points of interest—and search by location, not
code.
A planner inspects each placement's precise details and location on the map before adding
it to a quote. The map view helps planners match inventory to an advertiser's target
audience. For example, a sports campaign gets ads near a stadium, and a drive-time message
gets ads along a commuter route. Because discovery occurs in the quote-to-order flow,
placements that a planner selects in the map are added directly to the quote without manual
reentry.
Target the Right Out-of-Home Locations
Planners can filter out-of-home (OOH) inventory by product, location, location group, and
distance from a selected location. They can use advanced filters to refine the results,
switch between map and list views, and select locations to add to the media plan. This
targeted approach helps planners identify high-impact locations that align with the
advertiser's campaign goals.
Inventory Availability Management
Planners use the Advertising Inventory Calendar to track booked and available inventory. This
visibility helps teams avoid overselling the same physical space.
Unified Pricing and Selling
In a single quote, planners price and sell digital and physical media together. A planner
prices all line items together in one quote, applying discounts across the combined
package.
This unified approach means that an advertiser buys one cross-channel package instead of
separate bundles stitched together by hand. To extend a physical campaign into retail
environments, planners add in-store placements to the same quote. See Media Planning for
In-Store Media Products.
