Update Decision Tables for Out-of-Home and In-Store Media Products

Update the ASM Draft Grid Rules decision tables to make the locations and Promoted SKUs tabs available for applicable line items.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited Editions with Media Cloud — Advanced.
User Permissions Needed
To update decision tables: Rule Engine Designer
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Decision Tables, and then select Decision Tables.
  2. Open ASM Draft Grid Rules.
  3. Identify each row that contains ALL in an input column, for example Product Family, Product Classification, or Product Configuration.
  4. In the ApplicableTabs output column for each identified row, add locations and promotedproducts to the existing comma-separated values.

    For example, change lineitemdetails,attributes to lineitemdetails,attributes,locations,promotedproducts.

  5. Save your changes.
  6. Repeat steps 2–5 for ASM Draft Amend Grid Rules.
  7. Refresh each lookup table to apply your changes.

Open a quote or order line item that matches an updated rule. In the Line Item Configuration side panel, verify that the Screens, Stores, and Product SKUs tabs appear.
