Assign Ungrouped Quote Lines Before an Order Creation

Assign lines from an older media plan to a group before you create an order. Media plans created before enabling quote line groups can contain lines that have no group assignment.

Required Editions

Note
Note If a grouped media plan contains unassigned lines, an Ungrouped section and a warning appear. You can still create orders, and the lines remain in order totals and generated PDFs, but they don't appear in the order grid.
Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Media Cloud- Advanced
User Permissions Needed
To assign ungrouped quote lines:

Media Cloud Runtime
  1. In the Ungrouped section, select the lines that you want to assign.
  2. From Manage Group, select Move Selected Lines.
  3. Select the destination group and click Move.

When every line has a group assignment, the Ungrouped section and informational warning disappear. After the order creation, the order grid shows the grouped lines.
