            The MediaPlanTransactionContext plays a key role behind-the-scenes in managing actions related to the ad sales lifecycle such as creating quotes for media plans, converting quotes to orders, amending orders, and enabling callouts to external ad servers using Dynamic Revenue Orchestrator. The context definition consists of the required standard object mappings and the context tags that populate information in media plans and orders.

To enable the assetization of ad placements and services that are part of an advertisement campaign orders, the admin must activate a preconfigured flow that's provided by Revenue Cloud to assetize products of activated orders.

            Media planners and sales reps can generate branded pitch decks for their media proposals. To generate pitch decks for media proposals, Salesforce Document Generation is used.             Maximize pricing integrity and operational efficiency in converged media environments by using ratings KPIs. Use ratings KPIs to calculate and show the projected performance and reach of linear media products. Planners can use ratings KPIs, such as Gross Rating Points (GRPs) to quantify total audience exposure and share to track the percentage of active viewers tuned into a specific program.
          • Multi-Ad Server Support for Check Availability
            Advertising Sales Management supports integration with multiple ad servers for the check availability feature. Use this feature to route availability checks to different ad servers based on the media plan line item's ad server record.

            The Media Ad Sales Management app is a one-stop shop where ad sales admins, media planners, and sales reps can complete their one-time or everyday tasks related to configuring targeting options, managing opportunities, media proposals, media plans, and converting media plans to orders. Admins can customize the Media Ad Sales Management app based on the typical ways in which the company’s ad sales admins, media planners, and sales reps are most likely to interact with the app.
