Revenue Schedules for Media provides preconfigured flows to create or update ad
opportunities and ad opportunity product records. These flows automate the process of creating
the required records for media business-specific revenue schedules. Admins must activate the
preconfigured flows. Based on the company's business requirements, admins can customize and
extend the flows based on their requirements.

Purpose
Create or Update Ad Opportunity
The record-triggered flow is automatically run when an opportunity is created or
an opportunity's name is changed. The flow either creates ad opportunity for the new
opportunity or updates the name of the ad opportunity related to the updated
opportunity.
Create or Update Ad Opportunity Products
The record-triggered flow is automatically run when an opportunity product is
created or updated. For new opportunity products, the flow creates the a related ad
opportunity product. For updated opportunity products, the flow updates the ad
requested quantity and name of the related ad opportunity product.
The flow has
built-in logic to:
Create an ad opportunity if the triggering opportunity products related
opportunity doesn't have a corresponding ad opportunity.
Decide whether the new ad opportunity product must be associated with an
existing ad opportunity or the new ad opportunity created by the flow.
