Set Up the Multi-Recipient Product Discovery Flow

Set up the Multi-Recipient Product Discovery flow to allow site-specific product selection in quotes.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Media Cloud- Advanced
User Permissions Needed
To open, edit, create, activate or deactivate a flow using all flow types, elements, and features available in Flow Builder: Manage Flow
  1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Flows, and then select Flows.
  2. In the list of flows, select the Multi-Recipient: Discover Products flow.
  3. Save the flow as a new version.
    1. Click Save As.
    2. Select the new flow.
    3. Enter MultiRecipient Product Discovery as the Flow Label. Leave the flow API name as is.
  4. Configure the location selection component.
    1. In the flow canvas, open the Display Products Screen element.
    2. Select the Select Locations Lightning Web Component.
    3. In the Recipient Type field, enter Site.
    4. Click Done.
  5. Click Save, and then click Activate.
