Dreamhouse Realty requires a solution that replaces inefficient, manual single-site quotes with a multilocation framework. This approach standardizes pricing and configuration for their streaming products while minimizing errors across all service tiers.

The workflow begins on the Opportunity page, where Sarah initiates the quote creation action through a dedicated button. To organize the quote further, Sarah groups specific locations together—such as clustering all luxury-tier properties—by using the group management feature. When Sarah adds a new location to a group, the system validates product availability at the location.

After establishing the groups, Sarah selects a specific location group and assigns content packages to them. The product catalog appears with a context-aware filter, showing only those products eligible for every location within the selected group to prevent fulfillment issues. Upon saving the configuration, the system automatically calculates the total volume by multiplying the product quantity by the number of locations in the group. Finally, when Sarah converts the quote into an order, the system generates individual order line items for each location within the group.
