Set Up WideOrbit WO Traffic Integration

Before your sales team can sync advertiser and agency data between Salesforce and WO Traffic by using MuleSoft Direct, admins must complete a set of prerequisites.

• Enable Data Sync for Active Advertisers and Agencies
  Create a custom field of the type picklist on the Account object to enable sales reps to mark advertiser and agency accounts that are active. With the new picklist field, system integrators can ensure that account data for only the active advertisers and agencies is synced from Salesforce to WO Traffic.
• Ways to Integrate Media Cloud with WideOrbit WO Traffic
  Salesforce provides two ways in which publishers can connect their Salesforce instance with their WideOrbit WO Traffic instance. If your company has an instance of MuleSoft, you can connect Media Cloud with WO Traffic by using the prebuilt Media External Account WideOrbit Integrations API MuleSoft app. Or, use business APIs to send data from Salesforce to WO Traffic and receive data from WO Traffic.
