Configure MuleSoft Direct App for WideOrbit WO Traffic Integration

Admins must connect their company's Salesforce instance with their MuleSoft instance and then configure the Media External Account WideOrder Integrations API MuleSoft app.

Available in: Enterprise, Performance, and Unlimited editions with Media Cloud
User Permissions Needed
To use Integration Solutions with MuleSoft Direct:

Salesforce Administrator

AND

MuleSoft Administrator
  1. Enable access to MuleSoft Direct integrations and connect your Salesforce and MuleSoft instances.
  2. Enable the Media External Account WideOrder Integrations API app.
    1. In Setup, find and select Mulesoft Direct.
    2. For Media External Account WideOrder Integrations API, click Enable.
    3. Enter the details of your integration and click Next.
    4. Select your integration's authorization protocol and add these parameters.
      Key Value
      wide_orbit.auth.username Enter the username of the integration user that's used to execute requests to the app.
      wide_orbit.auth.password Enter the password of the integration user that's used to execute requests to the app.
      wide_orbit.auth.client_id Enter the client ID of your company's WideOrbit WO Traffic instance.
      wide_orbit.auth.client_secret Enter the client secret of your company's WideOrbit WO Traffic instance.
    5. Click Proceed.
      A named credential for the integrated WO Traffic instance and the URL for the integration are created.
