Create Appraisal Items

Create appraisal item records to store specific asset details, such as make, model, and usage history, for an appraisal.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
User Permissions Needed
To create Appraisal Item records: Manage Appraisals and Valuations
  1. Open the Appraisal record you want to add items to.
  2. Click the Related tab.
  3. On the Appraisal Items related list, click New.
  4. Specify these details to create an appraisal item record
    • Verify the Type is set to Asset (default).
    • Enter the asset details, including Make Name, Model Name, Model Year, Condition Type and Ownership Type.
    • Enter the Usage Hours to help determine the current valuation.
  5. Save your changes.
