            Parameters

            ANSI date-time string and integer.

            Returns

            New ANSI string that iDays shifts.

            Example 

            Utils.addDays2AnsiDateTime("2016-11-23 10:00:00", 1)

            Yields 2016-11-24 10:00:00.
