Manage Assessment Questions
To effectively manage your assessments, connect your snippet sets to the required questions. Also, link your materiality topics to the assessment questions.

Connect a Snippet Set to an Assessment Question
Connect your snippet sets to the questions required for an assessment. The snippet set holds multiple clause variations. For example, you can have a main clause and alternative pre-approved snippets based on language. You can connect a snippet set to a question by adding an existing snippet to an assessment question, adding an assessment question to a snippet content, or by creating a Document Clause Set Assessment Question record.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Document Clause Set Assessment Questions.
- Select an assessment question and the snippet set that you want to connect to.
- Save your changes.
Connect a Materiality Topic to an Assessment Question
Connect your materiality topic to the questions in an assessment. Materiality topics identify key issues for your company and stakeholders. These topics relate to environment, social, and governance (ESG).
- From the App Launcher, find and select Assessment Question Materiality Topics.
- Select an assessment question and the materiality topic that you want to connect to.
- Save your changes.
