Send a Materiality Assessment Survey Invitation to Stakeholders

Survey stakeholders to gather their responses regarding materiality topics.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions with the Net Zero Cloud Growth license
Permission Set Needed
To enter and modify data:

Net Zero Cloud Manager

OR

Net Zero Cloud Admin
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Materiality Assessment Hub.
  2. From the Materiality Assessment Hub menu, select Materiality Assessments.
  3. Select the assessment.
  4. Under Stakeholders, select the stakeholders.
  5. Click Send Invitation.
  6. If you don’t require stakeholders to log in to Salesforce to complete the survey, select Don’t require authentication.
  7. If you want the survey invitation link to expire, select Invitation Expires in Days and enter the number of days.
  8. To review the invitation, click Preview.
  9. To customize the email template used, create an email template and enter a name with the prefix MaterialityAssessmentInvitationTemplate.
  10. Click Send.
  • Calculate Materiality Matrix Scores
    Matrix scores indicate the potential impact of each materiality topic on your business (inward) and your business’s impact on the environment and society (outward). Net Zero Cloud generates the matrix scores based on stakeholder responses and weightings.
