Summarize Employment Benefit Information

A summary of employee benefits of your organization provides statistics about benefits provided to employees and the usage of benefits.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Permission Set Needed
To enter and modify data:

Net Zero Cloud Manager

OR

Net Zero Cloud Admin

OR

Net Zero Cloud Light
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Employment Benefit Summaries.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a disclosure reporting period.
  4. If this summary is for a subsidiary company, select the subsidiary account.

    If you selected the subsidiary account and the disclosure reporting period isn’t associated with an affiliate account, Net Zero Cloud considers this record as subsidiary company data.

  5. Enter the details of the benefit for primary location, employment type, benefit type, benefit usage, employee eligible, employee count, and percentage calculation type.
  6. Enter the percentage of employees according to the unique combination of the employment type, benefit type, and other indicators.
  7. Save your changes.
