Summarize Organization Incident Information

Create a summary of incidents in your organization, such as noncompliance with laws, corruption, health and safety, discrimination, marketing and labeling, and customer privacy.

Required Editions

Available in: Lightning Experience
Available in: Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions
Permission Set Needed
To enter and modify data:

Net Zero Cloud Manager

OR

Net Zero Cloud Admin

OR

Net Zero Cloud Light
  1. From the App Launcher, find and select Organization Incident Summaries.
  2. Click New.
  3. Select a disclosure reporting period.
  4. If this summary is for a subsidiary company, select the subsidiary account.

    If you selected the subsidiary account and the disclosure reporting period isn’t associated with an affiliate account, Net Zero Cloud considers this record as subsidiary company data.

  5. Select the category of incident.
  6. Enter the incident details for incident type, incident subtype, hazard type, work related, incident count, hours worked, and monetary loss.
  7. Enter the penalty details for penalty type, corrective action type, and fine amount.
  8. Enter the number of occurrences of this particular incident.
  9. Save your changes.
