          Launch an OmniScript from the Manual Queue

          Launch an OmniScript from the Manual Queue

          In a manual queue, "Run" or "Pick up" the manual task to launch its associated OmniScript.

          1. In Lightning Experience, click the App Launcher: App Launcher icon
          2. In the search field, start typing Manual Queues, and then select Manual Queues from the list below.

          3. In the Manual Queues list, click the manual queue that contains the manual task.
            Note
            Note From release Spring '22, the ​Queue Items​ LWC component is available with improved UI and much of the same functionality as the older Manual Queue component. To use the newer component, add the ​Queue Items​ component to your Manual Queue page layout because it's not there by default (see ​Order Management LWC Components).
          4. Do one of the following things:
            • If you're in the Queue Items section: In the manual task row, to the right of the section, click the drop-down arrow, and then select Run.

            • Or, if you're in the Manual Queue section: In the Action column, in the manual task row, click Pick up.

          The manual task starts and the OmniScript launches. The manual task state changes from Ready to Running. The "Assigned to User" field is updated to the current user.
