            Create the Email Template for the On Creation Action

            The On Creation Action uses its own Email Template.

            1. In Lightning Experience, click the App Launcher App Launcher Icon.
            2. Type template in the Search field and select Email Templates.
            3. Click New Email Template.
            4. Specify the following settings:

              Setting

              Value

              Email Template Name

              CourseStarted

              Folder

              Public Email Templates

              Subject

              Course Started

              HTML Value

              Congratulations! You are enrolled in the course.
            5. Click Save.

            Create the Vlocity Action for the On Creation Action
