Create the Email Templates for the State Model Example
The emails sent to students in the example use Email Templates.
- In Lightning Experience, click the App Launcher
. - Type template in the Search field and select Email Templates.
- Click New Email Template.
- Specify the following settings:

Subject
Course Incomplete
HTML Value
You haven't completed the course. Currently your grade is I for Incomplete.
- Click Save.
- Repeat the previous three steps to create the templates in the following table.
