List-Based Sends for Outbound Engagement

Use list-based sends to send an outbound engagement to multiple records from a list view. List-based sends support communications such as sending account statements to selected loyalty program members, resending a communication to selected recipients, or sending an event announcement to a selected group. The action passes the selected record IDs to the outbound engagement so that the flow can use recipient data when it sends the communication.

How List-Based Sends Work

Users can send messages from a list view when an outbound engagement template is configured for that object's list page placement. To make it available for another object, create a manual-send outbound engagement template with a list page placement for that object. When a list-based send starts, the system creates an outbound engagement and adds the selected recipients.

Note You can select a maximum of 200 records to send messages at once.
