Send Outbound Engagements from a List View
Send an outbound engagement to selected records from a list view without creating a new campaign for each request.
Before you begin, make sure that an administrator has created a manual-send outbound engagement template with a List Page placement for the object that you use. The template's flow must be configured to send to the selected records.
- Open a list view for an object that has a manual-send outbound engagement template.
- Select one or more records and click Send Message.
- Select a business area and a purpose to filter the templates.
- Optional: Search for a template by name or description.
- Select an outbound engagement template, and then click Next.
- Select a flow and the channel that you want to use.
- Select a communication subscription and sender for the selected channel.
- Review the message preview.
- Click Send Messages.
The system creates an outbound engagement, adds the selected recipients, and sends the message.
