Schedule an Outbound Engagement
Follow these steps to set up a successful outbound engagement campaign.
Select Template
When you add an outbound engagement, select the template to use to send your messages to the target audience.
Configure Campaign
Configure a campaign to run your outbound engagement. Add the basic details of your campaign and select a relevant Data Cloud segment to serve as your target audience.
Customize Flow
Use the Flow Builder to customize your flow and automate the content distribution. For example you can customize the number of days after which a reminder email triggers. For more information about customizing a flow, see Working with Campaigns and Flows.
