          Manage Benefit Disbursements from Care Plans

          Use the Benefit Disbursements component to see the status of the benefits assigned to care plan participants.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. View edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To access care plans:

          Care Plans Access permission set

          OR

          Education Cloud Full Access permission set

          To access benefits, benefit assigments, benefit disbursements, benefit schedules, benefit sessions, and recurrence schedules:

          Advanced Program Management permission set

          OR

          Education Cloud Full Access permission set

          The Benefit Disbursements component on care plan records shows the status of the benefits assigned to case participants, including the start and end dates for benefits, assigned benefit sessions, and the status of benefit sessions—planned or delivered.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select Care Plans.
          2. Select a care plan record.
          3. Click the tab that shows the benefits. For example, click Benefit Disbursements.
          4. Expand the benefits to review the planned and delivered benefits or to enroll participants.
