            Enroll Case Participants in Programs

            From a case record, identify the programs that meet the needs of case participants, and enroll the participants in the programs.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. View edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To access cases and case programs:

            Care Plans Access permission set

            OR

            Education Cloud Full Access permission set

            Before you begin, make sure that you have case records for the participants and the required program records.

            1. From the App Launcher, find and select Cases.
            2. Select a case.
            3. On the Case Programs related list, click Enroll Participants.
            4. Search for and select one or more programs, and then click Next.
            5. Select the participants, and then click Next.
            6. For each participant, review and confirm the enrollment details.
            7. Save your changes.

            Salesforce creates case program and program enrollment records for the enrolled individuals. If an active program enrollment record exists for a participant, then a duplicate record isn’t created.
