            Use a Flow to Clone Care Plan Templates

            Create a flow that saves time, enhances consistency and quality in care planning, and makes sure that all essential elements are effectively integrated into your new templates. Your flow, created from the Copy Care Plan Template flow template, copies a care plan template along with its related active or published care plan template goals, care plan template benefits, and action plan template assignments.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. View edition availability.
            User Permissions Needed
            To create care plan templates:

            Care Plans Access permission set

            OR

            Education Cloud Full Access permission set
            To manage a flow: Manage Flow user permission
            1. Create a flow by using the Copy Care Plan Template flow template, and read the descriptions in each flow component to learn how to customize the flow for your organization's needs.
            2. Create a quick action to launch the flow and add the quick action to the Care Plan Template record page.
