Set up these Omniscript guided flows so that intake officers can easily process incidents or
concerns reported by members of the community.
Complaint Intake
Capture details when someone reports a health, safety, or well-being concern for a
member of the community. The flow captures all of the information that the reporter can
initially provide and creates a public complaint record with the details of the incident,
including participants and allegations.
Add Allegation
Easily add an allegation to a public complaint record.
Add Complaint Participants
Quickly add participants to a public complaint record.
Set Up the Complaint Intake Flow Create assessment questions, grouped into categories, to capture information from individuals who report a complaint or incident of concern. Add the questions to Omniscript forms—one form for each category—and then add the forms to the complaint intake Omniscript guided flow. Create a button that starts the complaint intake guided flow, as well as buttons to easily add allegations and participants to the complaint, and to create a case from the complaint.
Set Up the Add Complaint Participants Flow Activate the Omniscript that adds participants to a public complaint, and configure the button that users click to start the flow.
Set Up the Add Allegation Flow Customize the Omniscript flow that adds allegations to a public complaint, and configure the button that users click to start the flow.
