Set Up the Add Allegation Flow
Customize the Omniscript flow that adds allegations to a public complaint, and configure the button that users click to start the flow.

Customize the Add Allegation Omniscript Template
Customize the add allegation Omniscript to work with your assessment questions and categories.
- From the App Launcher, find and select Omniscripts.
- Expand SPCM/Add Allegation, and then select AddAllegation (Version 1).
- Click New Version.
- Edit the template to accommodate your complaint intake assessment question categories and Omniscript forms. See Customize the Complaint Intake Guided Flow Template.
- Preview your work, and then activate the Omniscript.
Configure the Add Allegation Button
Enable users to open the add allegation guided flow from the Assessments related list on public complaint records.
- To create the button, from Setup, in Object Manager, select Assessment.
- Click Button, Links, and Actions, and then click New Button or Link.

Specify these details.
- Enter Add Allegation as the label, and then press Tab to populate the API name.
- Select List Button as the display type.
- Select Display in existing window with sidebar as the behavior.
- Select URL as the content source.

In the field formula box, enter the URL for the active AddAllegation Omniscript followed
by an ampersand and the contextId for the target object, Assessment.
To get the URL, in Omnistudio, go to the active AddAllegation Omniscript, and in the highlights panel, click
, and then select How To
Launch. Look for the Lightning URL. The formula looks like this: [Lightning-URL]&c__ContextId={!Assessment.Id}
- Save your work.

Add the button to the Assessments related list for public complaints.
- In Object Manager, select Public Complaint.
- Click Page Layouts, and then click Public Complaint Layout.
- Select Related Lists.
- If necessary, add Assessments to the related lists.

In Assessments, click

- Expand Buttons, and then add Add Allegation to the Selected Buttons list.
- Save your work.
