          View Additional Benefit Disbursal Fields

          To view additional fields when you track attendance and create ad hoc benefit disbursements, select a field set that includes the fields that you want captured on the benefit disbursement for a specific benefit. For example, create a field set that includes the fields to assess the mental health of the participants or to verify whether a participant completed their homework that day. The fields from the field set appear on the Attendance tab on a benefit session and when creating a new ad hoc benefit disbursement.

          Required Editions

          Available in: Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, and Public Sector Solutions. View edition availability.
          User Permissions Needed
          To create field sets: Customize Application user permission
          To customize benefit disbursement fields:

          Advanced Program Management permission set

          OR

          Education Cloud Full Access permission set

          1. In Setup, create a field set on the Benefit Disbursement object.
          2. From the App Launcher, find and select Benefits.
          3. Select the benefit that you want to relate the field set to, and click Edit.
          4. In Benefit Disbursement Field Set, select the field set.
          5. Save your changes.
