Provide Agents Access to Objects

Give agents access to the objects that they need to use Outreach List.

Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
Next to the agent profile, click Edit.
In the Standard Object Permissions section, enable the Read permission for the Actionable Lists, Actionable List Columns, and Actionable List Members objects and the Edit permission for the Actionable List Members object.
Save your changes.
