            Provide Access to OmniScripts

            Give standard users or agents access to OmniScripts so that they can see an OmniScript in the Actionable List Engagement component.

            Required Editions

            Available in: Lightning Experience
            Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions

            List creator configures an OmniScript while assigning an actionable list to an agent.

            1. From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
            2. Click Edit next to the Standard User profile or another profile that’s assigned to agents.
            3. In the Standard Object Permissions section, enable the Read permission for the Actionable Lists object.
            4. Save your changes.
