Provide List Creators Access to Objects

Give list creators access to the objects that they need to configure actionable lists and KPI Bar.

Available in: Enterprise, Professional, Starter, and Unlimited Editions with the required add-ons

User Permissions Needed
To provide list creators access to objects:	Actionable Segmentation permission set

From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Profiles, and then select Profiles.
Next to the list creator profile, click Edit.
In the Standard Object Permissions section, enable the Read, Create, Edit, and Delete permissions for the Actionable List, Actionable List Column, Actionable List Key Performance Indicator Assignment, Actionable List Key Performance Indicator Definition, Actionable List Member, and Engagement Attendee objects.
In the Standard Object Permissions section, enable the View All Records permission for the target objects of actionable lists.
The View All Records permission to target objects, such as Action, improves the performance of the Actionable List Members component.
Save your changes.
