Добавьте пошаговое руководство по проверке заявок на льготы на страницу индивидуальной заявки, чтобы специалисты по обращениям могли использовать поток для обработки заявок.
В средстве запуска приложений найдите и выберите «Отдельные приложения», а потом выберите запись.
Нажмите , а потом выберите «Редактировать страницу».
Из раздела «Стандартные» панели «Компоненты» перетащите «Omniscript» на холст страницы.
На панели свойств в поле «Тип» выберите «BenefitManagement». В подтипе выберите CaseworkerGuidedFlow.
В разделе «Задать доступность компонента» нажмите «Добавить фильтр».
В поле «Тип фильтра» выберите «Дополнительно».
В поле нажмите «Выбрать».
В окне выбора поля нажмите , а потом выберите «Им я т | па з | писи».
Нажмите «Готово».
В операторе выберите «Равно».
В поле «Значение» введите Benefit_Assistance.
Нажмите «Готово».
Сохраните изменения и активируйте страницу.
