Agents for Employee Experience
Public Sector agents help complaint officers, hiring managers, and employees complete work directly from the Employee Experience portal.

Three Public Sector agents are available to platform users on the Employee Experience portal: the Complaint Resolution Agent, the Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent, and the LPI Assistance Agent.
Note Public Sector Solutions is now Agentforce Public Sector. You may see references to Public Sector Solutions in Salesforce applications and documentation.
Complaint Resolution Agent
Complaint officers can use the Complaint Resolution Agent to:
- Get a consolidated summary of a complaint, with data from related records.
- Find similar resolved complaints to help determine resolution outcomes.
- Find similar unresolved complaints against the same perpetrator.
- Find similar complaints against the same perpetrator.
- Identify regulatory codes that the incident may have violated.
- Create violations for relevant regulatory codes.
- Initiate assessments to gather additional information about a complaint.
- Draft and send emails to complainants and perpetrators.
- Resolve complaints that have been open for more than 2 years.
Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent
Hiring managers can use the Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent to:
- Extract required skills from a prompt or automatically from the job posting.
- Retrieve matching candidates and convert selected profiles into leads.
- Send personalized outreach emails and track lead status.
LPI Assistance Agent
Employees can use the LPI Assistance Agent to find policy information and identify the licenses and permits that apply to their situation:
- Get answers to questions about agency policies, licensing requirements, and regulations.
- Answer clarifying questions to determine which licenses and permits apply.
- Get links to apply for the required licenses.
- Enable the Complaint Resolution Agent
Set the required org preferences and assign permission sets to platform users so they can use the Complaint Resolution Agent on the Employee Experience portal. - Clone the Employee Experience for Public Sector Permission Set
Clone the Employee Experience for Public Sector permission set, add object access for assessment and complaint records, and assign the cloned permission set to platform users. - Set Up Data Cloud for Complaint Resolution
Grant the Data Cloud Salesforce Connector access to complaint and regulatory code records, ingest the records into Data Cloud, and create a search index that the Complaint Resolution Agent can query. - Set Up the Business Rule Engine for Complaint Resolution
Create the decision matrices and expression set that the Complaint Resolution Agent uses to score complaints and recommend a resolution priority. - Set Up Similar Complaints Agent Actions
Add the agent actions and prompt templates that let the Complaint Resolution Agent find similar complaints, similar unresolved complaints, and similar complaints against the same perpetrator. - Create the Regulatory Code Retriever
Create a retriever in Einstein Studio that returns active regulatory codes so the Complaint Resolution Agent can identify potentially violated codes. - Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent on the Employee Experience Portal
Hiring managers can use the Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing Agent on the Employee Experience portal to identify candidates by skill, convert profiles into leads, and send personalized outreach emails. - LPI Assistance Agent on the Employee Experience Portal
Employees can use the LPI Assistance Agent on the Employee Experience portal to find policy information and identify the licenses, permits, and inspections that apply to their situation. - Enable Agents for Employee Users
Assign permission sets, enable org-wide preferences, create sharing rules, and activate the Public Sector agents on the Employee Experience portal so platform users can access the Complaint Resolution, Skills-Based Candidate Sourcing, and LPI Assistance agents.
