          Assign the Unified Constituent Account Record Page to Person Account Records

          Activate the Lightning record page and assign it to Person Account record types so that Person Account records in the Benefit Management app use the custom Public Sector Cloud layout.

          Required Editions

          View supported product editions.

          Note Available in Lightning Experience in Enterprise, Performance, Unlimited, and Developer Editions where Agentforce for Public Sector is enabled. Requires Public Sector - Service - Agentforce 1 Edition for this feature.
          Note
          Note Public Sector Solutions is now Agentforce Public Sector. You may see references to Public Sector Solutions in Salesforce applications and documentation.
          User Permissions Needed
          To assign Lightning record pages: Customize Application AND View Setup and Configuration

          Before you begin, configure Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector. See Configure Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.

          The Unified Constituent Account Record Page ships as part of the Public Sector Unified Constituent app. After you install the app, activate the page and assign it to Person Account record types in the Benefit Management app.

          1. From the App Launcher, find and select the Benefit Management app.
          2. Open an Account record.
          3. Click the gear icon, and then click Edit Page.
          4. In the Label field, enter Benefit Management Account Record Page.
          5. In the API Name field, enter Benefit_Management_Account_Record_Page.
          6. Save your changes.
          7. Click Activate.
          8. Click the App, Record Type, and Profile tab.
          9. Click Assign to Apps, Record Types, and Profiles.
          10. Select Benefit Management, and then click Next.
          11. Select a form factor, and then click Next.
          12. Select Person Account as the record type, and then click Next.
          13. Select the profiles to assign to the Benefit Management Account Record Page. At minimum, select Standard User and System Administrator, and then click Next.
          14. Review your assignments, and then save your changes.

          To verify the assignment, navigate to a Person Account record in the Benefit Management app. The record now uses the unified constituent account record page layout (pss_unfd_cstn__Account_rec_L), with the constituent profile card, household group information, Tableau financial metrics, and the Einstein Summary component.

          Note
          Note Account page updates apply only within the Benefit Management app. They don't apply to the Investigative Case Management or Licenses, Permits, and Inspections apps.
