            Clone the Employee Experience for Public Sector Permission Set

            Clone the Employee Experience for Public Sector permission set, add object access for assessment and complaint records, and assign the cloned permission set to platform users.

            Required Editions

            Cloning the standard permission set lets you grant platform users the additional object access that the Complaint Resolution Agent needs without modifying the original permission set.

            1. Clone the Employee Experience for Public Sector permission set.
            2. In the cloned permission set, grant Read access to these objects through Object Settings.
              1. Assessment Question
              2. Assessment Question Set
              3. Assessment Question Version
              4. Assessment Question Assignment
            3. In the cloned permission set, grant Read and Edit access to these objects through Object Settings.
              1. Public Complaints
              2. Regulatory Codes
              3. Regulatory Code Violations
            4. Assign the cloned permission set to each platform user who uses the Complaint Resolution Agent.
