Prerequisites for Investigative Case Management Complaint Intake
Before you set up complaint intake for investigative cases, complete the prerequisites.

- Enable case proceedings and evidence management. See Investigative Case Management Prerequisites.

Assign permissions for complaint intake.
- Assign the Case Proceedings permission set to admins who configure complaint intake for investigative cases.

Assign these permission sets to caseworkers and other users who work with
complaints for investigative cases.
- Case Proceedings
- Complaints Management Access
- Evidence Management
- Interaction Summary
- Omniscript User

- Configure regulatory authorizations and create regulatory codes.
- Create an Experience Cloud site based on the Benefit Assistance template. See Benefit Assistance Site Prerequisites and Build a Benefit Assistance Experience Cloud Site in Public Sector Solutions.
- On your Customer Community profile, for the Case and Public Complaint objects, enable read, create, and edit access. See Edit Object Permissions in Profiles.
