Configure Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector
Turn on Einstein and Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector so caseworkers can generate AI-powered summaries on constituent Account records.

Before you begin, enable the Unified Constituent Profile for Benefit Management. See Enable Unified Constituent Profile for Benefit Management.
Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector powers the Einstein Summary component, benefit assignment summaries, and recertification reminder emails on constituent record pages. Turn on Einstein, assign the prompt-template permission sets, and then turn on Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.
- From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Setup, and then select Einstein Setup.
- Turn on Einstein.

Assign the prompt-template permission sets to users based on their roles.
- Einstein GPT Prompt Template User — for users who use Prompt Builder.
- Prompt Template Manager — for users who create and manage prompt templates.
- Einstein for Service Innovations — for users who access the Embedded AI component.
Assign all three permission sets to the admin user. - From Setup, in the Quick Find box, enter Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector, and then select Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.
- Turn on Einstein Generative AI for Public Sector.
