Configure the Employee Portal for Internal Job Applications

Set up the Employee Experience portal so internal employees can search for jobs and apply, and so hiring managers can review applications and update application stages.

          • Internal employee candidates have the Salesforce Platform add-on assigned.
          1. From Setup, in Experience Cloud, enable the Employee Portal template.
          2. Assign the required permission sets to employees who apply for jobs through the portal and to hiring managers who review applications.

            1. Use the Form Framework to configure application sections.
            2. Define the required document types so applicants upload a resume and any supporting materials.
          5. Associate the action plan template with the relevant recruitment requisition record.
          6. (Optional) Enable the Einstein Summary component on the hiring manager application review page. The component uses the Summarize Application Form prompt template.
