Agregar el panel de Case Analytics a la página de registro de caso
Proporcione a los trabajadores sociales perspectivas sobre el tiempo empleado para procesar un caso agregando el panel Case Analytics a la página de registro del caso.
Desde el Iniciador de aplicación, busque y seleccione Casos.
Seleccione un registro de caso.
Clic y luego seleccione Modificar página.
Si no tiene un caso en su organización, desde Configuración, cree una página de registro de caso utilizando el Generador de aplicaciones Lightning y luego siga estos pasos para integrar el panel en la página.
Arrastre el componente Panel de CRM Analytics al lienzo de la página.
En el panel Propiedades, para Panel, seleccione Case Analytics.
